Somebody in Japan posted a video of their sushi oddly coming to life right in front of them. It's a piece of "surf clam," usually prepared using live seafood. But it's not supposed to be STILL alive at the table! Actually it probably wasn't. The "movement" from the surf clam may have been caused by reactions from the surviving nerves that should've been removed. FYI, the person who ordered it critiqued it as "extremely delicious."
