Courtroom Judge Chases Fleeing Inmates, Captures One

Judge R.W. Buzzard of Washington jumped out from behind the bench to chase two inmates trying to escape his courtroom.  Both were in cuffs, but their legs were free.  Most of the pursuit was caught on courthouse security cams.  You can see the two inmates running down several flights of stairs with Judge Buzzard not far behind.  He eventually grabs one of them.  The other kept going but was captured later.  It started when four inmates were being escorted out of the courtroom by a deputy.  Then two tried to escape and ran out the door.  The deputy stayed with the first two while the judge dropped his robe and gave chase.
