Woman "Rope Dances" Outside of the 17th Floor of a High-Rise

A video has been making rounds of a woman outside the window of the 17th floor of a Dallas high-rise building.   She is suspended by some kind of rope harness.  She's continuously swings back and forth while doing ballerina and acrobatic-type of moves.  She eventually notices that other people are watching her and moves in closer to peak through the window and say hi.  From what it looks like, she apparently didn't know she had an audience.
