A road rage incident caught on video in Russia shows one of the drivers get shot in the neck with a flare gun! It occurred after he approached the other driver's vehicle. His clothes caught fire, but fortunately a woman who was near came over to help put out the flames right away. It looks like he's bleeding pretty badly at the end of the video, but he did survive. The flare gun driver left the scene, but was eventually arrested.
