Smoke and Fire Coming from Manholes Near Wildfire

Wildfire season has begun in Southern California and a man shot video last week of flames and smoke coming from manholes in a grocery store parking lot in the Porter Ranch area. He also films some of the fire driving in his car. The video says embers make their way into the sewers and sets debris and vegetation in the sewer system on fire.
