A house in the Harveston community won the city of Temecula's 2019 Halloween home decorating contest for the catagory of "Best Theme." The theme is 'Dave Jones Locker' and it's pretty awesome looking! There were also homes that won in the categories of "Funniest," "Most Original," and "Scariest."
