Recently two women were filmed arguing outside a bar in Portland, Oregon. One is in the driver's seat of an SUV and the other is standing at the driver's window. The woman at the window accuses the driver of stealing her money when they were inside the bar. The accuser wants to fight, but the driver wants no part of it after she denies stealing the money. The driver pulls away then backs up. In the process she hits a parked car and also grazes the other woman, almost running her over! According to the post, the driver was charged with hit-and-run and a DUI.
