A French Alps skier's helmet cam filmed the moment he rescued another skier that was stuck headfirst in the snow. Her legs are poking through the surface of the snow and moving around. The rescuer tells her to remain calm as he assembles a portable shovel from his kit to dig her out. Another skier begins to also help. Soon they have her out of the snow as she catches her breath. She wasn't seriously injured.
