A woman in Ohio couldn't get her car to slow down on a highway so she called 911. A dispatcher helped save her and slow the car buy instructing her to slowly pull the emergency brake until the car stopped. A few patrol cars were also on the scene. Here's dashcam video from one of the patrol cars who was behind her until she was on the side of the road and safe.
