A guy tapped himself telling his boss that he's quitting his job. The video also starts with a co-worker who says she's going to join him on the walk out. He then walks into his boss's cubicle, tells her he quits and tosses a set of keys on her desk. The kicker, which may have been a low blow, he calls her the B-word for mistreating the employees in the office. He finishes his quitting rant with "good luck." The boss just nods and says okay. The video description says he was in property management and got fed up with the regional managers treatment.
