Cops Rescue Horse from a Barn on Fire

In Pennsylvania last month two cops stormed into a barn that was on fire to rescue a horse. The horse was difficult to get out though because it was frozen in fear. The dramatic body cam footage showed them trying to use a rope to get it out , but it still wouldn't budge. Finally an instructor came over and covered the horse's eyes with her shirt and pushed it from behind. They eventually got the horse out.
