An unidentified man in LA has been caught on video soaring 3,000 feet above Palos Verdes near Catalina Island with a jetpack. The 'Jetpack Man' has been spotted at least twice before, once in the summer and in the fall. Now there’s video! It was posted to the Instagram account of the Sling Pilot Academy which is a local aviation school. It was recorded by one of their flight instructors Monday and it appears to show a lone man flying through the sky above the water off the coast. Some people are skeptical on whether it's a jetpack or a drone. You can judge for yourself.
